1) All expert should register for hotel reservation and other logistic purposes
2) To participant in the MPEG meeting, you must be a member of SC29/WG11 (MPEG) and be listed in the ISO Directory
3)      To participate in the co-located VCEG meeting, you must be a member of ITU-T SG16 or obtain special permission
4)      To participate in the co-located JVET or JCT-VC meetings, you must be a member of MPEG or VCEG
5)      There is no separate link for registration for the VCEG, JVET and JCT-VC meetings; please use the MPEG registration process to register for all of these meetings.
6)      As necessary, the chairs of the groups may be consulted for clarification of qualification for participation.

3. Cancellation Policy:  
Any cancellation received in writing by the Meeting Secretariat-Macau Expo Group before September 20th will receive a refund less US $ 100,00 for administrative charges. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 20th. Refunds will be made after the Meeting. If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organizing Committee the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.

4. WIFI Connection
Wireless internet access is available at the meeting venue. Technical information will be given as soon as possible. 

5. Invitation Letter 
Foreigners needing a special invitation letter in order to obtain visas may request it from the Meeting Secretariat at least two months prior to the Meeting.
